Big news from Notion on this May 19, 2020.
Unlimited Blocks
Under its restructured plans, users on the free Personal plan are given unlimited blocks. Their file uploads remain limited to 5 MB, and they can share their content with up to five guests.
For unlimited uploads and guests, users can upgrade to the new Personal Pro plan for $5 per month ($4/mo. when paid annually), which also offers 30-day version history and restoration, as well as access to the forthcoming API.
The Team plan, which includes workspace members and unlimited version history, remains $10 per month ($8/mo. paid annually).
Enhanced Page Sharing
The update also streamlined page sharing, with a more intuitive Share
menu that allows you to choose specific privileges for public pages rather than selecting an access level. Among those privileges is editing, which was previously unavailable for public pages. When toggling this option, any signed-in Notion user can edit the shared page.
Secret Workspace Links
Previously, inviting workspace members required entering email addresses one-by-one. Now, you can copy a URL to share exclusively with invitees.
