Tablet Enhancements, Collaboration Tools and Other New Features

Notion launched a slew of product enhancements over the past month. An update on March 19 debuted new collaboration features, along with the Miro and Abstract blocks. Shortly thereafter, an update modernized the emoji collection, including skin tone support.

In early April, users saw typography tweaks and the start of long-awaited improvements to the tablet experience. Those tablet improvements continued last week.

As demand surged amid the coronavirus pandemic, Notion raised $50 million from Index Ventures and other investors, who valued the company at $2 billion.
