March 10, 2021 — You can now choose which pages to display in the Shared section of your sidebar, Notion announced today.
Remember, the Shared section includes pages that are shared with individual users—guests or members of your workspace. Pages that are shared with your full workspace appear in the Workspace section of your sidebar.
To hide a page, click its ••• menu and choose Remove from sidebar. You can also click View all to toggle page visibility using the pin icons.
You’ll see this option if you have at least seven pages in that Shared section. If you un-share any of those pages, you’ll retain the ability to select visibility.
