• The Notion Formula Cheat Sheet offers every Notion function, operator and constant with descriptions and examples. It also includes the patterns for customizing dates with the formatDate() function.

Create “Global” Blocks

In many circumstances, you may want to use the same block on multiple pages of your workspace. With this trick, you can create “global” blocks. Updating one updates them all.

Recent Product Updates

Notion released an update on Feb. 13 that included Toggle block formatting, a Whimsical block, and performance enhancements. Five days later, another update unveiled a new mobile menu.

Just yesterday, Notion launched a new website feature, Customer Stories, which is a collection of immersive case studies. The first seven companies include familiar brands like Figma and Loom, each showcasing four unique uses of Notion with tangible benefits, screenshots, testimonials and, in some cases, working templates.

In the next edition of Notion’s webcast for teams, Notion at Work, I’ll dive into the various methods of collaborating in Notion. We’ll briefly revisit sharing and permissions, then explore comments, @mentions, @reminders, page history and more.
